I was born in Orange, California, and throughout my childhood and early adult years I had the opportunity to live in several different states across the country. My family relocated to Cheyenne, Wyoming, then Littleton, Colorado, followed by Katy, Texas, before eventually returning to Temecula, California, where I lived until October 2020. At that time, I moved to Panama City, Florida, where I now proudly call home. Living in different parts of the country has given me a unique perspective and has helped me build strong connections with people from many different backgrounds and communities. My insurance career began in April 2016 when I joined a small independent startup insurance agency and third party administrator (TPA). I started as an Office Manager and quickly gained hands on experience in agency operations, customer service, policy administration, and insurance management. Over the years, I have continued to expand my knowledge and experience, helping individuals, families, and business owners find insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs. I have experience writing many different lines of insurance, including life insurance, auto insurance, homeowners insurance, landlord insurance, and a variety of commercial insurance policies. While I enjoy working with all types of coverage, I feel that commercial insurance is my specialty. What excites me most about my work is helping people protect what they have worked so hard to build. Whether it’s a family’s home, personal assets, or a business owner’s livelihood, I take pride in helping clients find insurance solutions that provide both protection and peace of mind. I enjoy educating clients about their coverage options and helping them make informed decisions that align with their goals. Every person, family, and business is different, which is one of the reasons I find this work so rewarding. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, including families, homeowners, landlords, seniors, contractors, and small business owners. From personal insurance policies to commercial coverages such as general liability, commercial auto, workers’ compensation, and business owners policies, I enjoy helping clients secure the right coverage to protect their future. I currently hold a Florida 4-40 license and am actively working toward obtaining my Florida 2-20 license as well as my Health and Life insurance licenses so I can continue expanding my expertise and better serve my clients. Since moving to Panama City in 2020, I have enjoyed becoming part of the local community while helping clients throughout Florida with their insurance needs. My goal is always to provide exceptional service, trusted guidance, and long term support to every person I work with. When I’m not working, you can usually find me enjoying everything Florida has to offer. I love spending time at the beach, swimming, exploring new places, and taking road trips to discover hidden gems and local attractions. I also enjoy shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. One thing people may be surprised to learn about me is that I truly appreciate the simple pleasures in life, including a good afternoon nap whenever I can fit one into my schedule! For me, maintaining a healthy work life balance is important because it allows me to stay energized and continue providing the best possible service to the clients and communities I serve every day.
